Booked this hotel via Jet2 City Breaks for 4 nights. It is a charming small city centre hotel. Perfectly placed for all the main sights. Wenceslas Square (street.?) and the old town square, complete with astronomical clock, are just a few minutes away as long as you take the right street route.! There are several options..! The river and Charles Brige again just a short stroll. The hotel is very clean and tidy, reception was polite but we did not use them much. I am sure that they would have been helpful. Tours and taxis can be booked there. Our room was very clean and well decorated in old school, classic style. Nice furniture, plenty of storage, flat screen TV ( but no English programmes. Except Eurosport). Serviced daily. We had a very useful small safe in the wardrobe. Not much of a view, a roof and walls, but the advantage of being very quiet. The bathroom was I bit small but ok...lots of very hot water.! The only problem being a step up to the shower and toilet, be careful or could easily slip. The bed, usual two single mattresses, side by side, so a good size, was a little on the hard side and only one, large pillow each but ,overall, ok. The breakfast room is very small , but we did manage to get a seat ok just be aware. Usual continental choice was fresh and sufficient for us. Overall a pleasant and very convenient place to stay in Prague. A little advice.....be careful where you buy your food and drinks..! Coffee at £3.75 in Wenceslas Square is £1 down a side street..! Likewise beer , over £2 for a small beer in the main areas, £1 for a large beer in a side street near the hotel. We found a very good, and reasonably priced, bakery/coffee shop in the Jewish district. Must see places include the above plus the Castle .( fabulous are we spent a full day there) and the island from the bridge below Charles bridge near the National Theatre..fabulous building.. There is a super cafe/restaurant on the island with great views of the river. We also enjoyed a brilliant musical concert in the old palace building, in the very room that Mozart played in..! Performed by members of the National Czech Orchestra who were outstanding. Prague is a lovely city and highly recommended for a city break. Tip ohledně pokoje: Our room 102 was very quiet ,clean, and well decorated.

Unfussy, helpful staff. Prime location right in the centre, within an easy walk of the old town square, Charles Bridge and Wenceslas shops. Good breakfast. The staff arranged a cab from the airport for a reasonable price.

Loved the huge European breakfasts. Centrally located amidst the must-sees. Quiet, cozy, private, super tall ceilings and windows.
